The DAMPAA project (Dementia prevention and risk Management Program for Aboriginal Australians) aims to produce a Aboriginal Health Practitioner (AHP) coordinated program to reduce cognitive decline in Aboriginal people aged 45 years and over who are at risk of dementia.
